Chef Lucacos, one of Greece’s most famous and beloved chefs, is a true ambassador of a culinary philosophy that emphasizes simplicity, and seeks to create a playful discourse between local ingredients and elements of Mediterranean cooking that speak to the senses. Chef Lucacos is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), one of the best culinary schools in the world, and the recipient of multiple awards in Greece, including six Gourmet awards and the prestigious Torques D’Or award in 2012 for his Psomi & Alati (Bread & Salt) restaurant.
Chef Lucacos is also an award-winning author, he runs a successful interactive cooking school in Athens, and was selected to serve as one of three judges in Master Chef, Greece. But, beyond his impressive resume and recognition, Chef Lucacos’ pedigree really comes to life every time his guests experience his methodical, yet creative and generous cooking style.
